The location is nestled in an enchanting forest. Our twin room with a fine view of Mt. Fuji was amazing, especially from the comfort of our private onsen. The variety and quality of the breakfast options were also among the best I encountered during my trip.
Getting transportation arrangements felt a bit cumbersome at times.

Relaxing, huge room with a private bathroom and hairdryers, a bidet and bath sheets. Location very close to bus station, attractions like Owakudani and Lake Ashi, and a forest.

Both lovable and frustrating
The private onsen experience was unparalleled, with a fine view of Mt. Fuji. The shuttle bus service made exploring the area convenient and hassle-free.
Getting to the hotel can be a challenge, especially with luggage. Miscommunication about lunch options left us feeling frustrated at first.

The location was an absolute nightmare. Getting there involved dragging my luggage uphill without a hint of assistance. How considerate of them. Dinner at 6:00? How quaint, too early. A complimentary upgrade would've done wonders, but I guess that was too much to ask. I almost gave them a good review, but just couldn't.
